Patient Participation Group (PPG)We are happy to inform our patients that Woodbrook Medical Centre will be organising a Patient Participation Group (PPG) What does PPG do? • Improves communication between the Medical Centre and patients using newsletters, websites and other means. • Organises health promotion events in partnership with the practice. • Provides advice and information about local services. • Supports the practice in its dealings with other bodies. Any patient is invited to join the Patient Participation Group, if you are interested in joining then please put request in writing to the Practice Manager, Simon Bardsley, by 31st October 2011. All nominations will be considered and contacted after this date. |
