This update focuses on the way appointments are booked on the day. We have made more appointments available to book online from 8am on the day to combat the difficulty patients have reported with trying to book over the phone. 

Keep an eye out for updates regarding changes to the telephone system which we hope will make significant improvements and enable more telephone access.

If you don't already have online access to book appointments, you can register with the NHS App yourself (https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/) or speak to us at the surgery about registering for online services. (https://www.woodbrookmedicalcentre.co.uk/pages/Online-services)
