Repeat Prescriptions

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, how you ordered your Repeat Prescriptions was relaxed and you were able to order them through our Website via Email
We have now turned this facility off and you can now order your prescriptions via Online Access through the NHS App or via their website https://www.nhs.uk/ and they will guide you through the process. If you need any help with access to the NHS App, please go to https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/nhs-app-help-and-support/ or through the Airmid App (SystmOnline) or via their website https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/ For SystmOnline access you will need to contact the surgery and complete a form, the Patient Service Team will then give you a Username and Password and will be able to help you with any queries you may have.
You can also order your Repeat Prescription in person or by dropping the Repeat Slip (attached to your latest prescription) into our post box(s)
Your prescription request must always be in writing; no requests will be taken verbally either on the phone or at the desk
Please reorder your prescription when you have 4 days of medication left. This allows us and your pharmacy time to process and complete your request.
